Speaker Luncheon XXII - A Framework for Debating the Creation of a Harbour Authority in Hong Kong

This luncheon drew on the issues highlighted in the HBF recently commissioned study - Harbour Authority Information Paper.  The objective of this Paper is to assist the Harbourfront Commission Members in better understanding the issues involved in the possible establishment of a statutory harbour authority in Hong Kong.  With the Paper, HBF hopes to provide a framework for the Commission’s upcoming debates, thereby facilitating a more informed and practical discussion.

Nearly 40 participants attended the luncheon.  The event provided a good platform for participants to share and engage in respectful and constructive conversation with one another.
